چکیده

Aim of this study to investigate the thermal and morphological behaviour different types biomass feedstock. For investigation we used thermo-gravimetric (TG) analysis derivative (DTG) analysis. The feedstocks were conceded out under vigorous conditions using nitrogen gas at specific heating rates gradient temperature from 25°C 1000°C. results show that decomposition on these feedstocks. First-order reaction model determine kinetics parameters for pyrolysis wastes. This Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) observe surface morphology properties FE-SEM images showed clearly retained fibrous structures in wastes rich macro-pores.

Thermal decomposition and gasification of biomass pyrolysis gases using a hot bed of waste derived pyrolysis char.

Chars produced from the pyrolysis of different waste materials have been investigated in terms of their use as a catalyst for the catalytic cracking of biomass pyrolysis gases during the two-stage pyrolysis-gasification of biomass. The chars were produced from the pyrolysis of waste tyres, refused derived fuel and biomass in the form of date stones. The results showed that the hydrocarbon tar y...

Leaching behaviour and ecotoxicity evaluation of chars from the pyrolysis of forestry biomass and polymeric materials.

The main objective of this study was to assess the environmental risk of chars derived from the pyrolysis of mixtures of pine, plastics, and scrap tires, by studying their leaching potential and ecotoxicity. Relationships between chemical composition and ecotoxicity were established to identify contaminants responsible for toxicity. Since metallic contaminants were the focus of the present stud...

Production of methanol from biomass waste via pyrolysis.

The production of methanol from agricultural, forestry, livestock, poultry, and fishery waste via pyrolysis was investigated. Pyrolysis was conducted in a tube furnace at 450-500 °C. Sugarcane bagasse showed the methanol production (5.93 wt.%), followed by roots and sawdust with 4.36 and 4.22 wt.%, respectively. Animal waste offered the lowest content of methanol, as only 0.46, 0.80, and 0.61 w...

Catalytic pyrolysis of waste rice husk over mesoporous materials

Catalytic fast pyrolysis of waste rice husk was carried out using pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry [Py-GC/MS]. Meso-MFI zeolite [Meso-MFI] was used as the catalyst. In addition, a 0.5-wt.% platinum [Pt] was ion-exchanged into Meso-MFI to examine the effect of Pt addition. Using a catalytic upgrading method, the activities of the catalysts were evaluated in terms of product composi...
